Rachel was very helpful in getting our new roof. She took care of everything with the insurance company. The workers arrived on time and Rachel was there on the day to oversee things. We have a beautiful roof! I absolutely recommend Rachel at Fraser Roofing. She made things so easy from start to finish!

Rachel Hettick made what could have been a stressful process feel completely effortless. From the very beginning, she took care of everything, including working directly with the insurance company, so I never had to navigate the process on my own. We had our roof and gutters replaced, and every team involved was outstanding. The roofing crew was extremely professional, helpful, respectful of our home, and completed the entire job in just one day. The gutter crew was equally professional and efficient, also completing their work in one day. It was clear that Rachel has an incredible team behind her. What impressed me most was Rachel’s genuine care and attention to detail. She treated our home as if it were her own and truly wanted everything to be perfect. She kept her word every step of the way, and the end result exceeded our expectations. Our home received such a beautiful upgrade, and all we had to pay was our deductible because Rachel worked diligently to ensure everything that should have been covered through insurance was taken care of. I cannot recommend Rachel Hettick enough. Skyler and his crew did an excellent job of assessing the leak in our roof and repairing it promptly and efficiently. Everything went exactly as planned and the work was excellent. Five stars!

Josh and his crew arrived at the appointed time. My roof job was a very large one and Josh had the appropriate amount of roofers to get it done in one day. Josh was friendly and answered all of my questions in a timely manner.

I reached out to Jacob with Fraser Roofing and he came out the same day I called. He not only evaluated the leak, but also tarped my roof at no charge. Instead of focusing on just the one problem area, he took the initiative to perform a full inspection of the entire roof. To our surprise, he found two separate spots where branches had punctured the shingles. Jacob immediately sealed both areas on the spot, provided detailed photos of everything he did, and had the repairs fully completed the very next morning. From the fast response on the phone to showing up in less than 24 hours, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and honest. Within a day of contacting him, my roof was completely fixed.
